This expanding Network services provider who are going through a period of growth due to their strong client base, require an experienced Senior Network Support engineer to work with some of their most prestigious clients. This high profile, technical role will see the successful candidate working within the companyand#x2019;s managed services division and acting as the highest escalation for major, network related faults. Candidates will be expected to posses a proven track record of working in an SLA driven, support operations environment (ideally ISP based). Candidates must have at least CCNP or JNCIS level skills in Cisco or Juniper and must posses in depth technical skills in several of the following areas in service provider or enterprise environments: Routing and switching (Juniper, Cisco), Firewalls (Juniper, Cisco), Load Balancing (Cisco, F5), Linux and/or Windows Systems Administration, DNS operation and administration, Web hosting platforms, VMware, Storage Area Networks (Compellent, NetApp, Fibre Channel, iSCSI), Web filtering, Email Filtering or Email products.
