DKM IT are a leading supplier of IT resource to the Local Government arena. We are currently recruiting for an Application Support Analyst with experience of working with Pitney Bowes MapInfo Confirm application to join a thriving team in London. The primary purpose of the role is to provide an application installation and support in relation to MapInfo Confirm Infrastructure Asset Maintenance and Management solution, in particular, the Street Lighting, Street Works Highways and Ground Maintenance modules. You will also be involved in implementing new applications within technical infrastructure, providing technical advice and guidance to enable clients to maximise the benefits from the effective use of the available computing resources, work closely with the other members of the project delivery team and stakeholders to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of systems solutions deployed. Essential skills for the role include experience of implementing/configuring/testing/supporting Pitney Bowes MapInfo Confirm Infrastructure Asset Maintenance and Management solution, in particular, the Street Lighting, Street Works, Highways and/or Ground Maintenance modules. You will also have a good working knowledge of SQL scripting and excellent communication skills at all levels. Desirable skills include experience in VB Scripting for the automation of manual tasks, Crystal Reports or Business Objects skills, SQL Server or Oracle DBA skills, and an understanding of Webservices.
