Tester / Test Automation Development Engineer (OO Programming, Java or C++ or C#) sought by leading software company based in Surrey. This is a varied role encompassing test strategy generation, design and implementation of system functional tests driven by API and automated GUI tests for desktop and web based applications. You will be working very closely with a talented development team in an Agile development environment that values the role of quality assurance. Requirements: Strong experience of developing and implementing Automated Test Suites using scripting languages in an OO mainstream language (C#, C++, Java, Delphi) Degree in Software Engineering or similar technical or analytic discipline with a reasonable understanding of Mathematics (ideally from a Red Brick university) Strong scripting skills You must have good communication skills, able to effectively communicate with the development team on a technical level Desirable: TestComplete, Selenium or equivalent This is a great opportunity to break into the finance sector and avoid the commute into London (easy drive from Epsom, Sutton, Kingston, Surbiton, New Malden).
